Client: Tunbridge Wells Glass Works, Kent

Materials: Computer machined to rear allowing creation of 70mm returns forming a tray sign. Wording is CNC routed from 20mm thick ICI Perspex, primed then wet sprayed following given Pantone reference with a satin finish sitting on a black vinyl drop shadow.

Client: Melior Aesthetics & Well Being Clinic, Sevenoaks, Kent.

Materials: A mix of 20mm and 10mm machined individual perspex lettering with a matt finish fitted to the pre-painted fascia. Main logo located away using chromed two part solid brass locators with the remaining text directly 3M high bond taped. Bespoke folded Dibond double sided projecting sign designed to look like it is growing from the fascia giving clean crisp lines.

Notes: Sign had to be fabricated with angled back to compensate for the forward rake of the fascia. Logo is 10mm perspex and the strap-line is computer cut matt vinyl.

Client: Mark Adam Jewellers, High St. Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Materials: Wording to fascia laser cut 316 marine grade 3mm thick satin brushed stainless steel. Very high bond double sided taped to the timber using a 3M product.

Notes: This shop is in a conservation area, so we had to work within the confines of the local planning laws.

We designed and manufactured all the LED illuminated timber and glass displays you see in the windows and within the store which are shown in more detail in the Shop Fitting section.

Client: Peter Speaight Butcher, Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Materials: Simple but effective use of fret cut 10mm off the shelf gloss ICI Perspex on nylon male and female risers.

Client: Montrose, Southborough, Kent

Materials: Restaurant name to fascia built-up marine grade 316 mirror polished stainless steel, projected away using two part solid brass threaded locators. Sub text 3mm thick flat cut mirror polished steel applied directly to the timber fascia using a very high bond 3M double sided tape with a black 10 year computer cut vinyl drop shadow giving the illusion the text is floating in mid air.


3M sparkle acid etch vinyl mirrored, computer-cut and applied internally to windows, providing dining privacy whilst also enforcing business branding.

Satin silver anodised gasketed key lockable aluminum illuminated menu display case with polycarbonate glazing mounted onto purpose made polyester powder-coated steel post.

Client: BC&F, Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Materials: Folded aluminium tray polyester powder coated following a RAL colour reference. Individually cut self adhesive vinyl lettering to face. Sign fitted via aluminium angle and secret fixed through the top and bottom returns.

Client: Med Spa, TunbridgeWells, Kent.

Materials: Two folded and fabricated steel tray signs back to back, encasing an internal steel framework. Stainless steel tubes cut, capped and dressed. We then wrapped with a gloss laminated digitally printed vinyl panels. The fixing to the wall is hidden using slip over built-up disks.

Client: Mister Smith Interiors, Crowborough, East Sussex.

Materials: Built-up stainless steel letters, returns satin brushed stainless steel 50mm deep with the faces being d/scaled stainless wet sprayed cream following client's Pantone references, then fitted via threaded brass projecting locators. Sub text all water cut 3mm solid satin brushed stainless steel very high bond double sided taped directly to the painted fascia.

Client: Barnes Kingsnorth Estate Agents, Tonbridge, Kent.

Materials: White composite aluminum sheet material computer routed to the rear forming a groove allowing folded returns to create a pan with 60mm returns. Sign was made the size of an existing light box and planted over the face still giving that extra projection. Cream vinyl panel applied across the face and wrapped to the returns with computer cut vinyl detail to the face.

Extruded aluminium projecting sign with translucent opal Perspex panels and translucent vinyl applied to the face, illuminated via florescent tubes and control gear.

Client: Hoopers Department Store, Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Materials: Two part stencil-cut illuminated light box manufactured from 3mm thick aluminium sheet material. Lettering routed from the face to accept routed 10mm ICI Perspex push throughs, revealing 7mm projections through the face. Top box slips over the back box housing all the control gear and fluorescent tubes.

Client: The Barber Shop, Tonbridge, Kent.

Materials: Dibond fabricated tray sign with red gloss vinyl applied to the face and wrapped to the returns. Shop name 10mm ICI Perspex bonded to the face using a 3M two part structural adhesive.

Cut throat razor CNC machined from separate panels of Dibond with a gloss laminated digital print applied to the face, located away from the fascia and separated using large stainless steel projecting barrel fixings. The print to this element was also art-worked to give a 3D effect. Watermark men silhouettes were digitally printed, gloss laminated and computer cut to shape.

Client: Potts, East Malling, Maidstone, Kent.

Materials: Large 23000 x 1220 x 3mm fabricated and sectioned aluminum pan sign, slip jointed with the return at bottom accepting new soffit supported via angle and scribed in against brickwork structure. Information a mixture of laminated four colour process prints and 8 year calendered self adhesive computer-cut vinyl.

Client: Brands Hatch Racing Circuit, West Kingsdown, Kent.

Materials: Fabricated aluminium tray with sleek 35mm profile returns, two pack wet sprayed using clients Pantone references with a matt finish. Company name satin brushed stainless steel with threaded bridges to the rear allowing the letters to be bolted directly to the face of the pan sign. Logo elements manufactured and built up from d/scaled stainless steel, wet sprayed and also bolt fixed.

Materials: Company name built-up d/scaled stainless steel letters, located on metal threaded projecting studs. Telephone number flat cut 5mm thick solid aluminum stud fixed all two pack wet sprayed satin white.

Client: Pack Your Bags, Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Materials: Steel butler finish Dibond Illuminated tray sign. 10mm translucent opal ICI Perspex push-through main letters with red translucent vinyl to the face. Allows white halo to sides and red face illumination. Sub text stencil cut and backed up with translucent opal acrylic panel and red translucent vinyl to the face.

Double sided projecting sign comprising of two pan signs back to back encasing a treated steel frame and secret fixed through the main sign. Trays also stencil cut with Perspex panels covered in the red translucent vinyl, all illuminated via fluorescent tubes and gear trays.

Materials: 25mm thick birch throughout plywood, hand painted with a copper effect, located away from the fascia via chromed brass male and female threaded locators.
